WIP -Nike Vision Concept Car

When I took over as design lead for the Nike Vision eyewear brand, there was an opportunity to create more consistency in the look and feel for the brand outside just adding a logo plaque or word mark. If the logo was removed, what could remain that would speak to the language of the brand? What would a future leaning concept need to look like. A "concept car" dubbed Hyperflight was created to serve as the halo piece for the visual design language for the brand. As the team of designers embarked on creating new design collections for the various eyewear lines like Running, Baseball, and SB, the design team would use this as a vehicle to pull out the appropriate design elements for their collections. This would enable the team to create unique and distinctive collections, but create a cohesive brand feel by pulling from the same pool of brand signifiers. More to come, stay tuned......
